Returns & Exchanges

At Root Bright, we focus on a streamlined fulfillment process to ensure your items are processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Because of our high-volume operations, orders are considered a final commitment to the product once they are placed.

Coverage & Protection Plans

To provide flexibility and peace of mind, we offer optional protection plans at checkout. These plans are designed to protect your investment and are the only way to qualify for a return or transit-related refund.

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Warranty: If you opted into our 30-Day Warranty at the time of purchase, you are eligible to initiate a return or exchange for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Without this warranty, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or preference.
  • Shipping Protection: For orders that include Shipping Protection, we provide full coverage for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the shipping process. If your item arrives damaged and you have this protection, we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.

Standard Policy (No Protection Plan)

If your order did not include a 30-Day Warranty or Shipping Protection, the following terms apply:

  • Transit Damage: We are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier or during handling in transit unless Shipping Protection was purchased.
  • Manufacturing Defects: We only provide resolutions for internal manufacturing flaws not caused by shipping. To report a defect, you must provide clear photographic or video proof to rootbright@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Final Sale: In the absence of a purchased warranty, all sales are considered final to ensure the integrity of our inventory and the speed of our operations.

How to Submit a Claim

If you have a purchased protection plan or a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us at rootbright@outlook.com with the following:

  1. Order Number: Located in your confirmation email.
  2. Proof of Issue: Clear photos or a video showing the specific damage or defect.
  3. Protection Confirmation: A note indicating if you purchased the Warranty or Shipping Protection.

Our quality assurance team will review your submission and, once verified, provide instructions for your refund or replacement.
